What you need to start hidroponik plant ? Ok lets start with equipment you need

1. Rockwool.

   
   You need media to start seedling rockwool is common media, if you does not have rockwool, husk coal good for seedling too.
   
   
   

2. Tray seed.

   
   Of course you need tray seed to seedling plant you want, tray seed will keep your husk coal stay in place.
   

3. Seed.

   
   Of course you need seed for seedling, to start hydroponic gardening.
   
   
   

4. and Water.

   
   Yes we need watering our seedling with just tap water you have not with ab mix.

After all you need for seedling ready, we can start to seedling.

1. Soak the Rockwool cubes in the water for 1 hour to stabilize them. Rockwool contains fibers that are dangerous to your lungs if you inhale them. Wear a dust mask when handling the cubes.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Insert seeds in the hole on top of the cube. Insert two seeds for basil, broccoli, cabbage, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers and tomatoes and six to eight seeds for herbs.
3. Place the cubes containing the seeds in a nursery tray at 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Water every one or two days. The seeds should begin to sprout in a day or two. The roots will show through the bottom of the cube.
5. Transplant to a hydroponic garden when the plant is 2 to 3 inches tall and has three or four leaves. Most plants take one to three weeks include phakchoy; tomatoes and peppers may need a week longer.
